Intentional Commitment
You have made the very difficult decision to give yourself some of the energy that you typically hand out to others- congrats!! This is a MASSIVE step that must be taken on this journey to healing. You need to realize that you deserve to put yourself first, which allows you to be the best version of yourself for others. Committing to bettering yourself through therapy, energy work, self-care, ect.. already has you moving forward towards a better, more fulfilling life.
Figuring Out What Works Best For YOU…
We all learn and grow through different ways and modalities. Figuring out what will be the best for you is necessary on this journey. Talk therapy is one way to heal, which works very well for many! Others may not enjoy or find it beneficial to dig deep into their past as a means to moving forward.. that is where energy healing comes in. Through the work of Emotion/Body/Belief Code, you can release trapped emotions, correct imbalances, and remove faulty belief systems in a manner that supports your desire to not talk through your history. I always offer space to process in energy healing sessions, but the beauty is that you have a choice- processing verbally or just letting things go will allow you the same benefits of healing. Both energy healing and therapy can be utilized together for best results!
Consistency
True, lasting change doesn’t typically happen overnight- I know… total buzzkill.
Let’s start this therapeutic relationship with honesty. Maintaining consistency with therapy, energy work, or whatever else you are doing for self-care and healing (working out, meditation, healthy eating, ect…) is what will change your daily choice to a lifestyle. Making a decision to dive into this work for more than a session or two shows you are committed to making lasting change in your life… let’s do this!! I’m so glad you are here :)
